Hereโ€™s the route to follow when visiting the Bund ๐Ÿ—บ๏ธ. Itโ€™s easy and saves energy, plus you can take the ferry for just 2 RMB! ๐Ÿšข

Starting Point ๐Ÿ I recommend taking the metro to ๐Ÿš‡ East Nanjing Road Station, Exit 7. This is the closest station to the Peace Hotel and the Bund ๐Ÿš‰โ€”walking all the way from Peopleโ€™s Square would be way too far.

From there, itโ€™s about a 10-minute walk to the Peace Hotel and the Bund. Since itโ€™s a Tuesday afternoon, there arenโ€™t many people, so you can take plenty of photos.

After snapping some pictures at the Bund, stroll south along the river until you reach the Jinling East Road Ferry Terminal. But be careful โš ๏ธ: The entrances for the sightseeing boats and the ferry are very close to each other, so donโ€™t get them mixed upโ—๏ธThe sightseeing boat is 120 RMB per person, while the ferry is only 2 RMB per person.

Scan the Shanghai public transportation QR code to enter the terminal and go through security ๐Ÿ›‚. Ferries come every 5-10 minutes. Head straight to the second deck once onboard to enjoy the views of both sides of the Huangpu Riverโ€”itโ€™s fantastic!

โš ๏ธ Important note: The ferry might not operate on holidays, so be sure to check the schedule in advance (I heard itโ€™s not running during the upcoming Dragon Boat Festival).

After disembarking, walk along the river to Super Brand Mall. By this point, you might be tired, so you can take a break at the Luckin Coffee on the first floor โœŒ๐Ÿป.

End Point ๐Ÿ Finally, exit from the main entrance of Super Brand Mall, take the escalator near the Four-Faced Buddha, and head up to check out the Oriental Pearl Tower.

๐Ÿ’ก Pro Tip: Wear comfortable shoes and donโ€™t forget your sunscreen!
